Find and sing French hymns
Developed by the London Bibles team, Hymnes et Louanges, or Hymns and Praises in English, is a free educational app that contains French hymns for Seventh-day Adventists. Thanks to its handy search function, users no longer have to bring bulky physical songbooks when praising God on Sabbath day.
For home and church use
Since it’s an offline digital songbook, Seventh-day Adventists can freely use the Hymnes et Louanges app at home or in churches with limited internet reception. By simply typing a title or number, you’ll be able to find your desired hymns in a snap.
Moreover, the app comes with a bookmark feature for saving hymns as well as a font size slider for helping individuals with visual impairment read the lyrics. It allows for the sharing of hymns, too. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include a translator, so you’ll have to make do with the French lyrics.
Convenient and practical
If you understand French, Hymnes et Louanges is the app for you. As a digital songbook, it includes a search function, font size slider, and bookmark feature—all of which guarantee ease of use at home or in the church. However, note that you can’t translate the French lyrics to English.
